How we work: the process of creating your home

Choosing to hire an interior and spatial design team should be an enjoyable and stress-free process. To keep it that way we adopt an effective workflow process. These are the various stages we follow in a fully bespoke scheme. Off-the-peg and made-to-measure projects will have fewer stages, and some clients will want to manage the process themselves. We are happy to amend our processes to suit each client’s specific needs and available time.

Brief — First, we get key information about the project and develop initial ideas, discussing requirements in detail with clients and agreeing project schedules.

Conceptualise — Second, we produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards for approval. We conduct feasibility studies for the projects and agree all the project parameters.

Plan — Third, we plan the project; considering materials, suppliers and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees. We survey buildings and prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes.

Source — Next, we sourcing products, including fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and providing samples for clients.

Project manage — We can act as the project manager for the client throughout the process. Directing and coordinating the design work and design, build and installation of all project requirements.

Manage trades — We will brief and supervise all work at the design stage and on site. Ensuring the security of the property, and guaranteeing a perfect finish and professional behaviour from all suppliers.

Finesse — Finally, we will bring all the elements together, finessing the scheme and ensuring it meets the client’s needs and delivering a practical and beautiful space.
